Today, at a press conference in Toronto, the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television announced the nominees for the 2014 Canadian Screen Awards. Our TV series Museum Secrets, produced for History Channel Canada (Shaw Media), was nominated in 4 categories!
CSA Nomination for Best Factual Program or Series
Unfortunately the show has not been renewed for a fourth season, but we are pleased at the recognition of our accomplishments on the third and final season of the series.

Museum Secrets was also nominated in three other categories:
- “Museum Secrets: Inside the Israel Museum, Jerusalem” is nominated for Best Original Music for a Non-Fiction Program or Series, for the episode by composers Eric Cadesky and Nick Dyer.
- “Museum Secrets: Inside the Israel Museum, Jerusalem” is also nominated for the Barbara Sears Award for Best Editorial Research, with congratulations in order for the episode researcher, Benjamin Tucker.
- “Museum Secrets: Inside the National Maritime Museum, London” (and editor Graeme Ball) is nominated for Best Picture Editing in an Information Program or Series.
Congrats to the entire team and especially to a key creative person on the team, since the beginning, Al Booth, who alternated between writing and creative producing. We look forward to hearing who the winners are, when the Awards Gala takes place on March 4th and 5th in Toronto. Stay tuned here for news!
