This week Kensington’s President and Executive Producer, Robert Lang heads to the World Congress of Science and Factual Producers in Montreal to participate in the “Meet the Canadian Producers” event and speak on a panel about co-productions for cross-media projects.
Each year the Congress is hosted by a different city and broadcaster. Robert has been attending most every year fro the past 15, to meet with broadcasters and strike development deals. This year he is speaking on a panel, “Co-Producing and Funding Cross-Media Projects,” about ScopifyROM, our new mobile app that allows visitors to explore museum artifacts in a new way using their mobile devices. It should be an interesting presentation about how a successful TV series, Museum Secrets, evolved into a rich media interactive website and into the unique Scopify mobile experience. And now Kensington is exploring the potential uses of Scopify with other museums and producers internationally. Find full details on the panel below.
