I’m happy to announce that very exciting developments are underway for our Museum Secrets TV series. You won’t want to miss the excellent series trailer on the Museum Secrets blog – a small taste of the Museum Secrets TV show, premiering on January 6th on History Television.
Each week on that blog we’ll reveal the stories that make the episode great and give you an idea of what’s to come on the show. You’ll have to wait a little longer until we launch the state of the art website with all of its fully interactive features, but until then you can keep up with us on museumsecrets.tv.
In the Museum Secrets TV series we take you to the world’s greatest museums to uncover secrets dark and strange and the untold stories that lie behind their most enigmatic objects. We’ve spent the past year finding our way into hidden places that visitors are rarely allowed to see. Along the way, we’ve met renowned scientists and historians who hunt for clues to baffling mysteries and people who have a deep personal connection to some of the irreplaceable treasures we investigate.
If you’re interested in discovering some extraordinary stories told within and beyond the walls of these iconic spaces – the Vatican Museums, the Louvre, the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, London’s Natural History Museum, the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York – you’ll want to tune into the website and the show.
